Motion to amend the resolution to add at the bottom of the whereas clauses: "WHEREAS, the City Council established policy committees and the ability of those committees to hold budget-related work sessions is encouraged;" and to amend Exhibit A to add a Budget Committee work session on May 14 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., a budget work session on May 15 from 2:30 to 5:00 p.m., a budget work session on May 21 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., a budget work session on May 28 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and a budget work session on June 4 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Moved by Zimmerman and seconded by Pirtle-Guiney.
