• Multnomah County and the City of Gresham will assign Zone and Comprehensive Plan Map designations to the two properties subject to City of Portland Comprehensive Plan and Zone Map amendments. ​​NOW, THEREFORE, the Council directs:​ The effective date of the ordinance shall be March 1, 2027, in anticipation of the proposed City of Gresham and Multnomah County amendments to the Multnomah County Zoning Map and the City of Gresham Comprehensive Plan Map.
