- Whereas, at the Municipal Nonpartisan Special Election held on November 4, 2025, a measure proposed to voters by City Council referral with the ballot title caption, "Maintain safe parks, nature, affordable recreation through 5-year levy," and such measure was designated on the ballot as Measure 26-260, and according to the official canvas 95,653 votes were cast in favor of said measure, and 75,136 were cast against said measure, now, therefore, it is herebyProclaimed by the undersigned Council President of the City of Portland, that the measure with the ballot title caption, "Maintain safe parks, nature, affordable recreation through 5-year levy," has been enacted and is in effect and operative as provided in the measure.Dated at Portland, Oregon, this 10th day of December 2025.Elana Pirtle-GuineyCouncil President of City of PortlandPROCLAIM MEASURE 26-260 ENACTED AND IN EFFECT
