Every Portland address belongs to one Council district. Each district elects three councilors, but directional labels and neighborhood names are only a guide near district lines.
Portland’s easternmost district, spanning East Portland north and south of Burnside. It includes all or parts of Lents, Parkrose, Hazelwood, Powellhurst-Gilbert, Centennial, Wilkes, Argay Terrace, and surrounding neighborhoods.
Most of North Portland and a broad stretch of Northeast Portland, from St. Johns, Hayden Island, and Kenton through Cully, Hollywood, Lloyd, Roseway, and surrounding neighborhoods.
Inner and mid-Southeast plus a substantial section of Northeast Portland. It reaches north through areas including Kerns, Laurelhurst, North Tabor, Rose City Park, Roseway, Madison South, and part of Beaumont-Wilshire; east to Montavilla; and south to Brentwood-Darlington.
West Portland, including downtown, Northwest, and Southwest, plus inner Southeast areas including Sellwood-Moreland, Eastmoreland, Reed, and parts of Brooklyn, Woodstock, and Ardenwald-Johnson Creek.
